Privacy Policy
KandG Creations values our customers and their privacy. We do not share information about our customers with anyone. We do not sell email addresses or phone numbers. All shipments will be shipped in discrete packages with the US Postal Service unless otherwise requested.
Payment Information
We currently accept PayPal payments only. We look to add Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover in the near future.
We do not accept checks or money orders except for orders exceeding $500.00 and arrangements must be made in advance. Items will not ship until 10 days after the check is deposited.
If you would like to place a large (over $500) order paying via check or money order, please contact us to make the arrangements at: kandgcreations@gmail.com.
If you prefer not to use the shopping cart, we ask that all orders be made through email. This is to ensure that your order is correct and so that we will have a record in order to meet your needs correctly the first time. If absolutely necessary, we can take your order manually over the phone; but, you must email us first and provide a number and a time to call.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will be processed as they arrive and completed on a first come first serve basis. If you have a specific timeline that needs to be met please email us in advance and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order.
Shipping
Standard items orders received before 3 p.m. MST will be shipped within two business days following the completion of payment. Orders placed after 3 p.m. MST will be shipped within three business days. Custom orders or items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they are completed or are back in stock. Email notifications will keep you up to date on the status of your order.
Warranties/Guarantees
We guarantee all workmanship for items that are not mistreated for the period of one year. Should something occur outside that one year period we do offer the option of it being repaired at a cost to be determined. If there is damage from misuse or abuse, if there is an issue resulting from improper treatment and/or lapses in care, we ask you to understand that we are not responsible in such cases.

Returns Information
There may be circumstances when a return is required. Please contact us should you be in one of those circumstances in order to obtain a return authorization code within 10 days of receiving the item. If you ship us a return back without an authorization code we will NOT accept the return. You can contact us via our web contact us form or at kandgcreations@gmail.com. We do not accept returns on custom clothing or any items that are meant for insertion or come into contact with genitals. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis and may be in the form of a store credit. Shipping will not be refunded except in the case of our error.
